  • Can I buy one? Where can I buy GY’s products?

    GY is a registered trademark in the United States and we have an online retail store on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gy. As a manufacturer, GY mainly involves in wholesale business. We have customers from all over the world, and we have established long-term relationships with many retail brands. GY's products have high market share and you can find our products from our business partners on the market.

  • Can I request a sample?

    Yes, you could request a sample but it is subject to availability. We could also make customized samples upon your request.

  • What service do GY provide?

    GY has over 15 years’ experience in offering OEM/ODM service to our customers. We provide one-stop professional services from mold design to production and after sale.   • What is your term of payment?

    We request 100% advance payment. Usually, 50% deposit and the balance payment needs to be paid before shipment.

  • How can I pay for the orders?

    We accept payment in USD or RMB.

  • How can I make sure the products meet my requirements?

    Our staff will confirm with you the details before production and we can also make you mass production samples to confirm.

  • What is your product lead time?

    It varies from products to products. Usually, 45-60 days upon the receipt of deposit.

  • How can GY ensure product quality?

    Your 100% satisfaction is our ultimate goal. GY has strict production standards and quality check systems. Our defective rate will be controlled at 1-2%. If it is over 3%, we will offer you free replacement. We also support inspection before shipment by customers or third-party authorities designated by customers.

  • What is your shipping term? Can you provide door to door delivery?

    We usually do FOB Zhuhai. Yes, GY’s long-term cooperated logistics partners can provide you with logistics services in various transportation modes.

  • What is your replacement policy?

    Many of our products are consumables. In order to avoid disputes, we strongly recommend you to check the condition of the goods and confirm receipt as soon as you receive the goods. If there are any problems, please contact our sales staff as soon as possible, and we will provide you with after-sales solutions. For helmet products, we offer free replacement of accessories if they are worn within 6 months.

  • What is your return or refund policy?

    Considering the complexity of international shipment and custom clearance, GY would usually offer replacement of products or discount on the next order in the light of the circumstances instead of offering return or refund.
